Information we process
Account details, workspace configuration, project domains, competitors, monitored prompts, report preferences, support messages, and public preview inputs may be processed to operate the product.
AI visibility previews
Free checker requests can send the submitted domain and AI visibility prompt to the configured AI provider. Do not submit confidential strategy, customer data, private URLs, or unreleased product details.
Local orchestration runs
When you use the published prompts-gpt package, prompt files, model outputs, worktree snapshots, and run logs can be written to local artifact folders such as .scripts/runs. Treat those local files as sensitive operational records.
Analytics and cookies
We use product analytics, performance telemetry, and authentication cookies to understand reliability, improve workflows, and keep users signed in.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained while needed to provide reporting, auditability, security, and support. Account deletion removes the hosted auth identity and pseudonymizes direct profile PII; workspace, report, audit, and support records may be retained where needed for security, compliance, billing, or business records. Local orchestration artifacts remain in your project until you delete them. Contact support@prompts-gpt.com for access or deletion requests related to hosted product data.
Third-party processors
The service may use hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and AI model providers to deliver the application and related reporting workflows. Hosted data residency follows the configured regions of those providers and may differ by deployment or vendor account. Provider-specific privacy handling can differ based on the tool, account plan, and privacy mode you choose.
